3-Course Dinner - $59 per person

Salads:
KY Lyndon Wedge: Iceberg, tomato, bacon lardons, candied pecans, pickled red onion,
Benedictine vinaigrette.
Farmhouse salad: Romaine, crostini, parmesan,
corn, bacon, and a Champagne vinaigrette.
Entrée:
Herb grilled Chicken breast with tomato, smoked gouda, and parmesan brulee’, summer corn
risotto, grilled broccoli floret with
roasted red pepper coulis.
Pan seared Fresh catch of the Day (ask server
for special flown in daily) with shaved
radish, butternut squash puree, Hair
covert, lemon tequila sauce.
Fresh herb Grilled tofu, mushroom stuffed
roasted red pepper, lemon cucumber
broth, caramelized onions.
Dessert:
Strawberry shortcake with a bourbon smoke and
lemon Chantilly cream.
Always available: Macerated berries with
balsamic and topped with
bourbon whipped cream.

with a balsamic drizzle.
Beet and Goat Cheese Napoleon on a bed of fresh greens, with fresh marinated cherries.

Spinach & Feta Beef Roulade, with a Mediterranean vegetable cauliflower rice, green bean and tomato salad tossed in Champagne vinaigrette.
Finished with a bordelaise sauce.
Shrimp scampi Pasta, with fresh vegetables and
tossed in a silky tequila primavera sauce.
Stuffed Squash blossoms over a creamy
white bean puree with farm fresh
vegetables and shaved radish and
white balsamic.
Dessert:
Hummingbird cake with a raspberry coulis

Fig, Arugula, Prosciutto salad with a white
balsamic and finished with fresh
shaved parmesan.
Entrée’:
Bourbon braised beef short rib with Cheese
grits and a bourbon honey reduction and
a fresh tomato salad.
Stuffed flounder with wild rice pilaf, stuffed
tomato, and finished with a
lemon beurre Blanc.
Fan of eggplant with a toasted parmesan
crumble, flash-fried mushrooms, and
green tomato chow chow.
Dessert:
New York cheesecake bites with
strawberry puree.

with a tomato gastric, shaved parmesan,
and flash-fried hair covert.
