| Lyndon House Policies
|
RESERVATION POLICIES:
* Accepted payment: The Lyndon House accepts debit cards,   all major credit cards, Travelers checks, and cash.
* Cancellations: the cancellation deadline is 48 hours prior to
  the date of check-in. If you miss this deadline you will be
  charged a Cancellation Penalty, which is one night's rent
  for a one night stay, or 50% of the total cost of the
  reservation for a multiple nights stay.
* Cancellations During Speical Equestrian Events: These
  Events include the Keeneland Race Meets (April & Oct.),
  the Rolex Three-Day Events (April), and the Kentucky
  Derby (1st. weekend in May).
  The cancellation deadline for deposit refund is 21 days prior
  to the check-in date. If you miss this deadline you will forfeit
  your deposit.
  The cancellation deadline for the Event(s) is 7 days prior
  to the check-in date. If the cancellation is made after this
  date, the responsible party will be charged for the entire
  reservation.
* Cancellations made on Date of Arrival or No-Shows:
  A cancellation made on the scheduled Date of Arrival or a
  No Show (when a person does not check-in & has not
  cancelled the reservation), the accountable party will be
  charged for the entire reservation.
* Check-In time is 3 p.m.
* Check-Out time is 12 noon.
* Early Check-Out: If a guest checks out before the scheduled
  departure date, they are still responsible for the cost of the
  entire reservation.
* Extra Person Fee: Each room is designed to
  accommodate 2 persons comfortably. To include a third   guest in the
same room an Extra Person Fee of $75 a night
  will be
charged; $125 during Special Events.
* Deposits: During Special Events and Extended
  Stays (three or more nights), a 50% deposit
  is required at the time of booking.
* Late Check-Out: A $50 fee will be charged for late
  check-outs up to 2 p.m., and anything after 2 p.m. would
  involve another nights rent.
OTHER POLICIES
* Children: Children are welcome at the Lyndon House;
  however, prior arrangements with the Innkeeper are required.
* Gift Certificates are available and can be purchased by
  the night, by a package, or by a dollar amount.
* Parking: We have off-street parking in the rear of
  the property along Merlot Alley.
* Pets: Pets are welcome at the Lyndon House; however,
  prior arrangements with the Innkeeper are required.
  A $35 pet fee will be charged per stay.
* Property Damage: Charges for property damages will be   assessed on an individual basis.
* Smoking: The Lyndon House is a smoke-free
environment.
  $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in a guest
  room.
* Sub-Letting: A guest shall not sub-let or grant any license to
  use the Premises or any part thereof without the prior written
  consent of the Innkeeper.
