THE LYNDON HOUSE TOUR
(continued, 2) |
The Lyndon House kitchen is a good example of how the old and new can complement one another in function and form-- a beautiful commercial kitchen with Victorian style. |
We've made literally thousands of breakfasts on this stovetop - and mornings go a little smoother knowing you're cooking with gas! |
However, the best design element in the Lyndon House kitchen is probably having plenty of workspace. Ask any great cook you know, and they'll agree immediately.
Breakfast is served in the Dining Room usually between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. on weekdays - but we often wait until 9:00 on the weekends when the pace slows down. |
But no matter when it's served, breakfast at the Lyndon House is a delightful combination of great food, hot coffee, and warm conversation. |
Both the Parlor and the Dining Room have the original plaster walls, white oak floors, cherry woodwork, and ornate crown molding installed when the house was built in 1883.
Nothing can be more relaxing than taking in the morning sun with a hot cup of coffee in the front Parlor. |
